The highest level of protection and comfort, Custom-Fit mouthguards are bespoke and made from a dental impression or scan.
How it Works:
- Choose your style from any of our custom-fit range
- We despatch an included easy fitting kit to take your dental impression.
- Return the impression with the included label and
- We manufacture your bespoke custom-fit mouthguard within 10 working days.
Also included is a breathable zip storage bag and lifetime discounted replacements and additionals from the same impression.
About Boil-Fit Mouthguards
Convenient and accessible, Boil-Fit Mouthguards are comfortable and protective.

DUO - Two Layers of Polymer in one colour. Slightly thinner and suitable for mid level of play and younger wearers.

Using your dental cast from the impression taken for your first mouthguard order, we can offer replacements year-round at a reduced cost. If you’ve had a fitting at any point since August 2020, you may be eligible for a reduced-cost replacement starting at just £35.
